Details/Summary:
The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the area of Calhoun St and Pettit Ave just after 630AM on Sunday Oct 22nd, 2023. Officers arrived and found a subject suffering from gunshot wounds. The subject was then transported to a local hospital where they would later succumb to their injuries.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, AllenCounty Coroner’s Officer, and Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.
