Details/Summary:
On Tuesday, 10/03/2023 at 1736 hours, The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to an “Unknown Problem” investigation in the 1200 block of Ralph Avenue. Officers arrived and located an adult female and a juvenile suffering from Life Threatening Injuries. The Homicide Unit responded to the scene to conduct the investigation. The adult female, identified as 32yo Bethany Fleming, was discharged from the hospital and arrested for attempted murder. The case is active and ongoing at this time.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
