On May 19, 2023, at 0417 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 1100 block of Burgess Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 0417 hours
On Scene: 0421 hours
Under Control: 0434 hours
Fort Wayne Police who were on the scene reported that the entire backside of the house was involved in fire. A quick search of the house determined that there were no occupants, and the fire was under control within 13 minutes.
No firefighters were injured during this operation.
The cause remains undetermined and is still investigation.
