
On May 15, 2023, at 1422 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to the report of a structure fire in the BTE Storage facility at 2206 Broadway, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 1422 hours
On Scene: 1424 hours
Under Control: 1456 hours
Firefighters found a car fire that had spread to the inside of the storage facility. Crews found multiple storage units on fire, and began suppression operations. The fire was brought under control in just over 30 minutes. Several storage units and their contents were protected as a direct result of an aggressive and coordinated attack by firefighters.
There were no victims or firefighter injuries on scene.
