Details/Summary:
On Wednesday March 22nd 2023 at around 730 pm officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department located an adult male with felony warrants in the 5400 block of Webster St. From ongoing investigations, intel led officers to the above location. Due to warrants the male had (Residential Entry/Trespassing/Criminal Mischief – Level 6 Felony, Violation of Probation – Possession of Cocaine – Level 6 Felony), new charges stemming from involvements recently and the subject’s criminal history, the incident was deemed a “high risk” warrant service, and Officers with the Fort Waye Police Departments Emergency Services Team and Crisis Response Team were paged out to take over the investigation.
At the time of this release, this is still an ongoing incident and ask that the public avoid the area until it has been resolved.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
