On March 21, 2023, at 1130 hours, the FWPD executed two search warrants at a dormitory on Indiana Tech’s Campus located at 1600 East Washington Boulevard relating to a previously reported robbery on campus.

Details/Summary:
On March 21st, 2023, the FWPD Robbery Unit and the FWPD Homicide Unit executed two search warrants at a dormitory on Indiana Tech’s Campus located at 1600 E. Washington Blvd. relating to a previous reported robbery on campus. During the execution of both warrants, Marlon Cooper was taken into custody on campus without incident and charged with Assisting a Criminal (3 Counts).
