Details/Summary:
On Thursday February 9, 2023 at approximately 9:25 AM officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Greene Street in reference to a robbery investigation. While officers were responding to the scene, they received information that a male adult arrived at a local hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The male was listed with non-life threatening injuries. Investigators are currently speaking with witnesses to obtain additional information. Additionally, investigators are interviewing persons of interest to try and determine what actually occurred. This investigation is an ongoing investigation and there are no other details at this time.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
