Upon the conclusion of a lengthy investigation, Fort Wayne Police Department’s Vice & Narcotics Division served a search warrant at 500 block of Villa Park Court on January 17, 2023, at 1320 hours.

Suspect #2: Daylon M. Rowe, M/W/39, D.O.B. 11/22/1995

Details/Summary:

Upon the conclusion of a lengthy investigation, Fort Wayne Police Department’s Vice & Narcotics Division served a search warrant at 500 block of Villa Park Ct. We had information that Jacob Hoffman was dealing large quantities of counterfeit M30 pills that contained Fentanyl. A warrant was secured after Detectives conducted numerous hours of surveillance and purchased Fentanyl pills from both suspects.

The following items were located inside 529 Villa Park Ct.:

  • 565.7 grams of counterfeit M30/Fentanyl pills (Approximately 5500 pills)
  • 14.7 grams of Acetaminophen/Oxycodone Hydrochloride (Schedule 2 Controlled Substance)
  • $19,057.00 in U.S. Currency
  • Three 9mm Handguns, AR-15, 7.62×39 AK rifle, 9mm AR pistol, and a .22 caliber rifle.
  • 5.2 grams of marijuana

Both suspects were stopped prior to the service of the search warrant. The following items were located during the search of the vehicles:

  • $1,970.00 in U.S. Currency
  • 24.4 grams of counterfeit M30/Fentanyl pills (234 pills)
  • 2.9 grams of marijuana

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
