On November 26, 2022, at 1006 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of Decatur and East Tillman Roads regarding an unconscious person.

Details/Summary:
On Saturday November 26th 2022 at approximately Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Dept were dispatched to an unconscious person near the intersection of Decatur Rd & Tillman Rd. The Victim was then brought to Fort Wayne Fire Station 12 by private conveyance. Fire Fighter’s from Station 12 found the adult male victim in life threatening condition, from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local area hospital by TRAA where he is still in critical condition.
The location of the incident is still being determined.
This incident remains under investigation by the City of Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
