On November 14, 2022, at 0804 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 1600 block of Lochinvar Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 0804 hours
On Scene: 0808 hours
Under Control: 0815 hours
The first firefighters to arrive on the scene found smoke coming from the attached garage area. Crews went in the side garage door and extinguished the fire quickly. The fire was contained to the garage area, however, smoke did drift into the living area of the home.
All of the residents that were home at the time self-evacuated prior to the arrival of FWFD. One adult however, was transported to the hospital to be checked out.
The fire was determined to be accidental in nature by investigators on the scene.
