On October 18, 2022, at 1006 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department apprehended Christina Habegger in a traffic stop in the area of 1800 block of Kentucky Avenue.

Details/Summary:
On 10/18/2022 at 1006 Hours, the Fort Wayne Police Homicide Unit with the assistance of the Vice and Narcotics Division apprehended Christina Habegger in a traffic stop in the area of 1800 Kentucky Avenue. Christina was arrested for the stabbing death of Robert Higginbotham that occurred on 10/13/2022. Chrstina was transported to the Allen County Jail and charged with murder. The FWPD was assisted by the Allen County Prosecutors Office.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
