On October 7, 2022, at 0450 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire at 3215 North Anthony Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 0450 hours
On Scene: 0452 hours
Under Control: 0505 hours
The first units on the scene found fire in the store front and in an awning on the front of the structure. The fire was quickly extinguished. There was smoke throughout the building that was removed from the structure.
The fire is under investigation.

Water Damage: Minor
Smoke Damage: Moderate
