Details/Summary:
On 8/16/2022 at approximately 0800 hours, Jaquell Franklin was detained in a traffic stop by the Porter County Sheriffs Department and the Valparaiso Police Department. He was transported back to Fort Wayne and charged by Homicide Detectives with Attempted Murder and Aggravated Battery related to the shooting on 7/29/2022 in the 4500 block of Gaywood Drive.
