On July 5, 2022, at 2249 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 6200 block of Cordava Court, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

On Scene: 2253 hours
Under Control: 2327 hours
The first unit on the scene found a two-story home with the attached garage on fire which was also spreading to the house next door. Firefighters protected the neighbor’s house while attacking the fire in the garage.
A search was performed but all the occupants had self-evacuated before the fire department’s arrival.
The fire was brought under control in 34 minutes and no injuries were reported.
