On April 10, 2022, at 1341 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 400 block of 3rd Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

There are three separate apartments in this house. When crews arrived on the scene, smoke was visible from the attic space and some of the windows. Firefighters made entry and found fire inside the walls and attic space. Those areas were opened up and the fire was extinguished.
Fire investigators are on scene determining the cause.
