On February 23, 2022, at 2309 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to an apartment fire in the 5900 block of Bunt Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 2309 hours
On Scene: 2315 hours
Under Control: 2322 hours
When firefighters arrived, fire and smoke were coming from the front of the apartment. Crews entered the structure and extinguished the fire and searched for occupants. All occupants were out of the structure on arrival. The fire was extinguished in 7 minutes. Crews continued working at the scene until the area was cleared.
The fire was still under investigation at this time.
Fire Damage: Heavy
Water Damage: Moderate
Smoke Damage: Heavy
