Details/Summary:
On 2/8/2022 Fort Wayne Police Officers arrested 3 male subjects for armed Robbery, Weapons Offenses, and Drug Possession. 3 masked individuals entered The Circle K Gas Station at 3730 Engle Rd, on Tuesday February 8th, at approximately 0207 hours. One of the subjects was armed with a hand gun and the 3 subjects proceed to Rob the business. A vehicle associated with other Armed Robberies of local Convenience Stores and Businesses from the previous weekend was located in the Winchester Woods Apartments and was occupied by 3 subjects. The Subjects were identified and arrested for the Robbery of the Circle K Gas Station. This is an ongoing investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
