Mayor Henry’s State of the City Address – 2/16/2022

Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry will deliver his 2022 State of the City Address at noon on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the Grand Wayne Center.

Mayor Henry’s State of the City Address to be held February 16

Fort Wayne, Indiana (January 27, 2022) – Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry will deliver his 2022 State of the City Address at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at the Grand Wayne Center, 120 W. Jefferson Blvd.

Due to COVID-19, the event won’t be open to the public. Media and essential City of Fort Wayne staff members will be in attendance to assist with the production of the event.

Mayor Henry will highlight successes in 2021 and look ahead to plans for 2022. The theme for this year’s speech is “Fort Wayne – The Best is Yet to Come.”

WANE 15 News, WPTA ABC 21 and Fort Wayne’s MyTV, Channel 21.3 will air the speech live. The speech will also be carried live on the City of Fort Wayne’s Facebook page – facebook.com/cityoffortwayne.
