The National Weather Service is forecasting a cold night with a low of 17 and temperatures only warming into the mid-20s tomorrow with wind chills in the single digits above zero tonight into Tuesday morning.

Even colder tonight/Tuesday, then trending warmer

Fort Wayne, Indiana (December 6, 2021) – The light lake effect snow showers, as well as the gusty winds, will diminish through the evening. A cold night is in store with lows in the teens and temperatures only warming into the mid 20s Tuesday. Wind chills will end up in the single digits above zero tonight into Tuesday morning, so make sure to bundle up. A slow warming trend will occur through the rest of the week. Most areas will likely remain dry into Thursday, but areas south of US-24 could see a bit of light snow Tuesday night. Stay tuned for more on that.
