On September 4, 2021, at 0822 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 1200 block of White Oak Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

On Scene: 0826 hours
Under Control: 0838 hours
Upon arrival, firefighters searched the house for victims and extinguished a small fire in a dining room. The house was being renovated and was unoccupied.
Injuries occurred at this incident and the cause is being investigated.
