There are two presentations on the agenda:
The first is an update from the Three Rivers Ambulance Authority. This update was requested by City Councilman Russ Jehl (R-2nd) two weeks ago. The update should concern the non-compliance of the Authority’s contractor, Paramedics Plus, in their response times. PP states the problem is a shortage of qualified EMTs.
The second update will be from the Upstate Alliance of Realtors/Upstar Communication.
These updates are currently listed after the public hearings, however, the Council has been moving such presentations to the end of the Committee Sessions so that city employees do not have to wait for Council to complete their businesses before discussing ordinances and resolutions.

This will require a Suspension of the Rules in order to be Introduced, Discussed, and Voted for Passage in the same evening, with a 2/3 majority in favor.
