International Village
The Three Rivers Festival invites guests to learn about the food, art, dance, culture, and traditions of those who have made Fort Wayne their home. The Three Rivers Festival International Village returns with an expected visit from Mayor Tom Henry at 11 am on Friday, July 16, 2021. International Village has a new location for 2021, Freimann Square.
The Three Rivers Festival International Village is open 11 am-9 pm Friday, July,16, and Saturday, July, 17 and is presented by ProFed Credit Union, the City of Fort Wayne, the Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District, Sirva Worldwide, Allen County Commission, and the Fort Wayne Multicultural Council.
Children’s Fest
The Three Rivers Festival will hold Children’s Fest in a new location for 2021. The event will take place in Freimann Square instead of the Purdue Fort Wayne campus. The free, family event aims to educate, entertain, and keep our community’s children ages 3-9 engaged. Children’s Fest offers fun activities, free samples, and interactive experiences including crafts, storytelling, magic show, and face-painting. Make sure to check out the new Tessellation Exhibit!
In addition, The Three Rivers Festival Kid’s Fun run is a 1-mile run/walk, held at Children’s Fest, for children ages 5-12. Kids participating in the Fun Run have fun while learning about health and fitness along the way. The event also counts towards Fort 4 Fitness’ annual Kids Marathon!
Children’s Fest is accessible to all families with easy access to public transportation. Children’s Fest is presented by PNC Bank, BF Goodrich, The Fort 4 Fitness Kids Marathon, and Majic 95.1.
