On 5/2/2021 at approximately 3:57 AM Officers’ with the Fort Wayne Police Department responding to 2400 Trentman Avenue in regards to a stabbing. The victim arrived at a residence on Trentman and the resident at that address called Police. The victim was an adult male with critical injuries. He was treated at the scene by Medics and transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the stabbing occurred elsewhere at an unknown location. The victim died a short time later while at the hospital. This investigation is ongoing.
