On September 21, 2020, at 1600 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a reported stabbing in the 4000 block of Bowser Avenue.

Details/Summary:
On Sept 21, 2020 at 4:00 pm Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a reported stabbing in the 4000 block of Bowser.
Officers were advised that a female had been stabbed at this location inside a residence and that she was outside the residence at this time in front of the residence.
Upon Officers arrival on scene they did locate and adult female on the front porch of the residence suffering from an apparent stab wound. Paramedics took over medical care and the victim was transported to a local hospital with Non Life Threatening Injuries at this time.
Officers were also advised that there was possibly 2 individuals that had been seen running from the scene and upon their arrival they were trying to establish the involvement these individuals had with this incident.
A short time later Officers were advised that the victim’s condition had been downgraded at the hospital and he condition was now with Life Threatening Injuries.
Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Technicians were called to the scene to begin speaking with any possible witnesses as well as process the scene for evidence associated with this incident.
Detectives are asking that anyone with information regarding this incident to please call the Fort Wayne Police Dept. Detective Bureau at 427-1201 of Allen County Crime Stoppers at 436-STOP.
This incident is being investigated by the Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
