Brandee Johnson has been arrested by the Fort Wayne Police Department in connection with the accident at the Speedway at 7114 Bluffton Road. She has been charged with three counts of criminal recklessness, one count of leaving the scene of a catastrophic injury, and one count of each – Child endangerment, child neglect, driving While suspended.
In addition, she also had three outstanding warrants:
- OWI
- Violation of Probation/ Invasion of Privacy
- Violation of Probation/ Domestic Battery- Invasion of Privacy
Earlier in the day, the FWPD rleased her photo and the following:
We are releasing a photo of the suspect from last night’s Hit and Run at the Speedway on Bluffton Rd. The woman is Brandee Johnson F/B/28.
If anyone knows of her location we ask that they call the Crime Stoppers at 436-STOP or Police Non-emergency number at 427-1222 with that information.
