On August 29, 2020, at 1707 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 9700 block of Springvale Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1707 hours
On Scene: 1712 hours
Under Control: 1746 hours
The first units on the scene found fire showing from the front of the house and through the roof. Firefighters worked to battle the inferno but were forced out of the structure due to the high heat and collapsing roof. Firefighters extinguished the fire in approximately 35 minutes.
The home sustained significant fire damage.
No one was home at the time.
