On August 25, 2020, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 1000 block of Nuttman Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 0706 hours
On Scene: 0709 hours
Under Control: 0720 hours
On arrival, an occupant reported a fire on the second-floor of the residence. Fire units quickly extinguished the fire.
There were 7 snakes in the home, all survived.
The fire was electrical in nature.
Fire Damage: Minor
Water Damage: Minor
Smoke Damage: Moderate
