On July 28, 2020, at 1037 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 4500 block of Warsaw Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1037 hours
On Scene: 1040 hours
Under Control: 1057 hours
Upon arrival firefighters found the Fort Wayne Police Department on the scene with fire showing from front of structure. Two engine crews pulled lines and extinguished the fire while a search of structure was conducted with nothing found. Prior FWFD arrival, an occupant had self-evacuated and was taken by the Three River Ambulance Authority medics, with firefighter assistance, to a local hospital.

Smoke Damage: Heavy
