On July 10, 2020, at 1030 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was called to the 400 block of West Williams Street in reference to a man down call.

Details/Summary:
Officers were called to the 400 block of W Williams reference a man down call. A homeowner reported a man in his yard. Upon arrival the officers did find that man in the yard. Medics pronounced the male adult deceased.
Homicide detectives were called to the scene as well as Crime Scene Investigators. At this time detectives are working this scene and a suspicious death. The coroner will conduct an autopsy to conclude the manner of death. They will also be responsible for the identification of the male pending notification of next of kin.
This case is preliminary and at this time there aren’t many details. We will update as soon as we can.
