Fort Wayne, Indiana (April 2, 2020) – The Allen County Superior Court Civil Division has released a video explaining the current stay on eviction proceedings in the State of Indiana.
The COVID-19 pandemic Public Health Emergency declared by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb puts certain evictions on hold until the emergency is over.
