
On March 2, 2020, at 1204 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2400 block of Riedmiller Avenue for a welfare check on residents who’d not been seen in a few days.

Details/Summary:
Police were called to the area of 2400 Riedmiller Av for a party not seen just after noon. Neighbors reported not seeing the neighbor and newspapers piling up. Upon arrival officers discovered two people inside the home that were deceased. At this time the investigation is still ongoing and very little information is known.
The Allen County Coroner’s Office will be responsible for the ID of the victims, after notification of next of kin, as well as the manner of death. Homicide detectives were called out as were Crime Scene Units to document the scene.
