On February 5, 2020, at 2128 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to an apartment fire at the Three Rivers Apartments in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Under Control: 2155 hours
The first units on the scene entered the building and discovered that there was a fire in an apartment on the 11th floor. Crews made their way to the 11th floor and were met with a smoke filled hallway as they located the apartment that was on fire. A fire was located in the kitchen and quickly extinguished.
Most residents self evacuated while others were sheltered in place.
The fire was under control in 24 minutes and no injuries were reported.
