On August 15, 2019, at 2010 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 4000 block of Reed Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 2010 hours
On Scene: 2013 hours
Under Control: 2031 hours
Firefighters arrived to find a 1-1/2 story house with heavy fire and smoke showing from the windows and doors of the first-floor. Crews made entry and extinguished the blaze bringing the incident under control in 18 minutes.
All occupants were able to self-evacuate safely.
