On June 4 2019, at 2147 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 800 block of Tulip Tree Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

On Scene: 2151 hours
Under Control: 2214 hours
On arrival, firefighters found fire inside the walls and up into the attic. Crews opened the wall, ceilings, and roof to extinguish all the hidden fire. The fire was under control 23 minutes after arrival. An insulation vac was brought in to safely pull smoldering insulation out of the attic.
The occupant was already outside on arrival of the first units.
