On April 18, 2019, at 0705 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at the Mother Home Thai Restaurant at 5010 Decatur Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Under Control: 0731 hours
The workers and owners of the restaurant arrived this morning and when they opened the door found smoke inside the restaurant. Upon arrival, firefighters pulled hose lines for fire attack and found that most of the fire had been extinguished because the fire had broken a water line that had put most of the fire out. Firefighters checked for extension and found some areas which were extinguished. The fire was placed under control in 22 minutes.
No injuries were reported and the fire remains under investigation.
