On March 3, 2019, at 0438 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to the Nailed DIY at 918 Woodland Plaza Run, Suite B, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 0438 hours
On Scene: 0441 hours
Under Control: 0614 hours
When crews arrived they found a small fire in a counter area that had extended into the attic. The structure was under construction and was not occupied. It took over an hour to bring the fire under control.
One Firefighter was injured while working inside the structure.
The fire is under investigation.
