On January 2, 2019, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 2100 block of Florida Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 0842 hours
On Scene: 0845 hours
Under Control: 0901 hours
The first firefighters on the scene found smoke coming from the roof area and made an aggressive interior attack to extinguish the fire.
The structure was searched and there was no one in the house.
The fire is under investigation.
Fire Damage: Moderate
Water Damage: Moderate
Smoke Damage: Minor
