The annual Fort Wayne Firefighters Get Green Festival takes place this Saturday, St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2018.
The location this year is the empty lot on the east side of the Fort Wayne Newspapers building on West Main Street. Use 1000 W Main Street in your GPS or Google Map to find it.
The “greening” of the St. Marys River begins at 11:00 am and runs until 12:30 pm.
Events tomorrow include the greening as well as a 5K Kilt Race, Highland Games, Gold Coin Hunt, Lucky Charms Eating Contest, and Event tent which will serve food and drinks.
So pull on your kilt, wear something green and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
