Signal at U.S. 27 and Hannah Street to be disabled Tuesday
Traffic will be directed by the Fort Wayne Police Department from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
(March 17, 2017) – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that signal improvements to the intersection of U.S. 27 and Hannah Street will disable the signal Tuesday, March 21, weather permitting.
Beginning at 10 a.m. Tuesday, INDOT contractor, Shambaugh & Son, will disable the signal at the intersection of U.S. 27 and Hannah Street. The Fort Wayne Police Department will direct traffic through the intersection until power is restored, no later than 2 p.m. the same day.
Work consists of new signal heads, cabinets and other upgrades. Shambaugh & Son was awarded the $735,000 project in December.
