- Left-handed pitcher Box Score placed on Fort Wayne’s 7-day Disabled List.
Effective Saturday, June 11, 2016
- Left-handed pitcher Box Score transferred from the Advanced-A Lake Elsinore Storm to Fort Wayne. (He has not yet been assigned a uniform number.)
