Faztek Welcomes New Inside Sales Representative
(May 25, 2016) – Custom industrial safety guarding provider Faztek announces today that Kathy Dobbins has joined the company as an inside sales representative.
For the past two years, Dobbins served as a move management specialist for Sirva Worldwide Relocation. While in this role, she assisted the firm and clients in the areas of customer service, pricing and billing. Prior to, she spent two years as an operations manager for the Indiana Auto Action.
The majority of Dobbins’ career was spent with Fort Wayne Newspapers as the director of production in which she managed the company’s multi-million dollar operations budget and more than 100 employees. In this role, she was responsible for process improvement, supplier negotiations and the development of commercial printing accounts.
As an inside sales representative, Dobbins is responsible for interacting with Faztek’s current and potential customer base to help create and maintain customer accounts through the handling of inbound and outbound customer calls.
Her areas of expertise include inside sales, outside sales, customer service and personnel development.
