News release from the Fort Wayne Fire Department:
House Fire, 5400 block of Southbrook Road
(April 4, 2016) – The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called for a possible house fire to the 5400 block of Southbrook Road at 4:07 a.m. When the first units arrived, they found fire in the living room area of the house and quickly extinguished it. There were two occupants and a dog home at the time of the fire and all were outside upon the FD’s arrival. There were no injuries.
The FD was assisted by FWPD, TRAA, NCE, AEP, and NIPSCO.
