Advisory: Power Outage Affecting Traffic Signals Along State Road 3
(February 19, 2016) – A wide spread power outage is affecting automatic traffic signals along State Road 3 in Allen, DeKalb and Noble Counties.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution and patience when approaching an intersection that is governed by an automatic traffic signal.
If the light is not functioning, the intersection should be treated as a four-way stop.
