TinCaps Tickets Go On Sale Wednesday
Free Breakfast for Fans at Parkview Field(February 16, 2016) — One of the great harbingers of spring for the Summit City is set to arrive Wednesday as TinCaps tickets officially go on sale.
Tickets will be available to purchase beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday (February 17) at Parkview Field, as well as on TinCapsTickets.com or by calling 260-482-6400.
“This day is always like a holiday for us,” TinCaps President Mike Nutter said.
Fans who come to Parkview Field to purchase tickets from 8-10 a.m. will be treated to a free breakfast in the ballpark’s Suite Level Lounge.
Speaking of free, through the Opening Day PLUS promotion, fans who buy tickets to the first game of the season at Parkview Field (April 9, 6:05 p.m.) have the chance to receive a free hot dog and soft drink with the purchase of tickets to additional games in April or May.
The TinCaps encourage fans to purchase their tickets in advance to ensure not missing out on their first-choice games. In 2015, the TinCaps posted 24 sell-out crowds at Parkview Field. Fireworks nights, and prime games like Opening Night and the Fourth of July, sell out early.
In addition to watching future MLB talent on the field, TinCaps fans in 2016 will be treated to more than 30 fireworks shows, 20-plus theme nights, and in excess of 10 national entertainments. That’s on top of a nightly staple like Run the Bases and weekly favorites such as U.S. Foods Family Feast Nights on Mondays, Thirsty Thursdaysâ„¢ presented by Rudy’s, and Postgame Autograph Sundays presented by MetroPCS. Tickets start at just $5.
“Season eight for the TinCaps at Parkview Field is shaping up to be our best yet,” Nutter said. “The buzz here downtown is palpable.”
