News release from the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership:
#NEIpride winter photo contest kicks off
Millennials invited to show regional pride on Instagram
(February 1, 2016) – The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, through its Millennial Leaders Alliance, is launching a winter Instagram photo contest. Millennials (roughly ages 17-29) are invited to submit photos on Instagram that include a winter location or activity in Northeast Indiana that makes the contestant proud to call Northeast Indiana their home, even during the wintertime.
Contestants enter photos by posting from their Instagram account and using the hashtag #NEIpride in the caption as well as the hashtag of the name of their county. (Participants must reside in the 11-county region of Northeast Indiana to be eligible to win: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley counties.)
Contestants can enter multiple submissions, but only one photo from each contestant is eligible to win. After the contest has been completed, a panel of three judges will select the top three photos that they feel display the most Northeast Indiana winter pride.
Winners are eligible for regional prizes including gift cards to restaurants or a regional experience gift basket.
Entries can be submitted until February 19 and all prizes will be awarded on Friday, Feb. 26.
