Disturbed & Rob Zombie Are Coming to the Memorial Coliseum this May

(January 19, 2016) – Rock titans Disturbed and Rob Zombie have announced a co-headline tour for May 2016. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will kick off on May 3, 2016 at Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Miss. And will visit cities across the U.S. including Atlanta, Nashville and Fort Wayne. They will be in Fort Wayne at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on May 25, 2016. Pop Evil will be the supporting artist for select dates on the tour. Tickets go on sale Friday, January 22. You can purchase tickets at www.ticketmaster.com/acwmc. Tickets start at $29.75. Artist presales and exclusive meet & greet packages for both Disturbed and Rob Zombie are available.

Disturbed is touring in support of their massive #1 album Immortalized, which marked the end of the Grammy-nominated group’s 4-year hiatus and became their fifth consecutive album to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, a rare feat achieved by only one other hard rock band in the history of the chart: Metallica. The album has already boasted two huge No. 1 Active Rock singles in “The Vengeful One” and “The Light,” and now the group’s haunting version of Simon & Garfunkel’s classic “The Sound of Silence” is poised to continue the dominance. Watch the powerful video for Disturbed’s “The Sound of Silence”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9Dg-g7t2l4 The track, which Yahoo! describes as “incredible” and “striking,” is already climbing the charts and has now earned over 7 million YouTube views in just a few short weeks.

Formed in Chicago in 1996, the multi-platinum Disturbed – David Draiman [vocals], Dan Donegan [guitar], Mike Wengren [drums], and John Moyer [bass] – have sold over 15 million albums globally and scored eleven No. 1 singles at Active Rock Radio. Their quadruple-platinum 2000 debut The Sickness formally announced their arrival as hard rock leaders, with that status solidified by their subsequent Grammy Award nomination as well as gold-, platinum- and double platinum-certified records.

As a rock legend and filmmaker with a unique vision, Rob Zombie has continuously challenged audiences as he stretches the boundaries of both music and film. His sixth solo studio album, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispensor, will be released April 29 via UMe/T-Boy Records and has been named as one of Rolling Stone’s “Most Anticipated Metal Albums of 2016.” The Electric Warlock… marks Rob Zombie’s first solo studio album since 2013’s Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor, which debuted at number 7 on the Billboard 200. Produced by Zeuss and recorded at Goathouse studios, this new record is a full return to form by Zombie, featuring John 5 (Guitar), Piggy D (Bass) and Ginger Fish (Drums) with provocative art provided by Alex Horley.
