I-469, U.S. 27 Ramps Scheduled for Resurface on Monday, November 9th
Work continues on $24.4 million road reconstruction project
(November 6, 2015) – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that the Interstate 469 westbound on- and off-ramps to U.S. 27 are scheduled to be resurfaced on Monday, Nov. 9, weather permitting.
Daytime work will occur on the I-469 westbound ramp to U.S. 27, as well as the U.S. 27 ramp to I-469 west. Each ramp will be reduced to one 11-foot lane while crews are working.
This ramp resurfacing is part of a $24.4 million project that involves a complete pavement replacement from mile marker 6 to mile marker 15, as well as the rehabilitation of three bridge decks.
The two-construction season project was awarded to Primco.
