The Journal Gazette has reported that Fort Wayne City Clerk Sandy Kennedy has resigned.
Attorney Mark GiaQuinta, attorney for City Clerk Kennedy, read a statement to the Fort Wayne City Council at the end of their meeting, earlier this evening.
