University of Saint Francis Trustees Re-Elected

(September 24, 2015) — The following seven University of Saint Francis Trustees have been re-elected to 3-year terms on the Board:

  • Kathryn Callen, Community Engagement Executive, Old National Bank
  • Steve Corona, President and Owner, Corona Consulting LLC
  • Richard E. Fox, Attorney, Barrett McNagny LLP
  • Dr. B. Matthew Hicks, Surgeon, Fort Wayne Orthopedics
  • David B. Lupke, President, Lupke Rice Insurance & Financial Services
  • Thomas G. Obergfell, Senior Vice President, Business Banking Division, iAB Financial Bank
  • Richard A. Yarger, Co-owner and CFO, Custom Radio Corporation

In addition, Sister Maria Gemma Salyer, OSF, Assistant Director of Vocations for Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration and Notre Dame Campus Ministry, was newly elected to a 3-year term on the Board.

The University of Saint Francis is celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2015. Founded in 1890 as a comprehensive university in the Catholic Franciscan tradition, USF offers more than 80 undergraduate and graduate programs through the School of Health Sciences, School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership and School of Creative Arts. In addition to its traditional programs, the university designs focused curricula for working adults in Fort Wayne, Crown Point and online. The university will open a Downtown Fort Wayne Campus in the fall of 2016 that will feature business, entrepreneurship and music technology programs. Approximately 2,300 students from a broad geographic region currently attend USF for its academic excellence.
