Road Sensor Repairs Scheduled for I-69 in Allen County Next Week
Motorists can expect overnight lane restrictions September 28-29
(September 24, 2015) – The Indiana Department of Transportation announced temporary lane restrictions planned for Interstate 69 at mile marker 306, just north of S.R. 14 in Allen County. Motorists can expect overnight lane restrictions from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sept. 28 and Sept. 29 to facilitate the repair and replacement of roadway sensors.
On Monday, Sept. 28, contractors will restrict the southbound left two lanes from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. From 2-5 a.m., contractors will restrict the southbound right lane.
On Tuesday, Sept. 29, the northbound left two lanes will be restricted from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., followed by restricting the northbound right lane from 1-5 a.m.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through any active construction zone.
